Hand Delivery

The area served by our Hand Delivery courier service are areas strictly within a 30 mile rage of Newbury Park, Ca. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day deliveries only, or if specified in advance via special request for a specific date. If hand delivery is specifically requested for outside the normal 30 mile range, special accommodations can be arranged at an additional price. Please email us your request to get a price quotation for such delivery at [email protected] or give us a call at (805) 341-9640.

Special Hand Delivery is available for areas within a 30 mile range of Newbury Park for a flat rate of $20.00. If you would like your roses hand delivered, you must contact us either by email at [email protected] or call us at 805-341-9640 before noon of the requested day of delivery. We also offer hand delivery outside of the 30 mile radius for an extra fee. We will be able to give you a price and date of delivery for your delivery option upon request by email or phone.

All Box Arrangements Shipping

Aside from Hand Delivery, all our box arrangements ship via UPS. All orders placed before our 12PM PST cut off time will ship that same day. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Express and Overnight Shipping

If your chosen delivery date cannot be accommodated with Standard Shipping, you then have the option of choosing an express shipping option for an additional charge. When reviewing the delivery date, you will see a specific shipping price for the days covered by express shipping.


Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification requested by your bank or credit card service center. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer whose order gets flagged via email.


We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.


All orders shipped come with limited package insurance.
